Challenged at Dartmouth College

I'm in the lucky position that I can pick my days to go for a ride and so I decided to ride the county I was born in on Wednesday and Thursday the 9th and 10th September 2015. On Wednesday I started at Dunkeswell and did the North coast before heading South to finish at Brent Tor. I stayed the night at a little village just outside Tavistock called Horrabridge. The next day, Thursday, my first stops were at my birth town of Plymouth, the Royal Albert Bridge and the Hoe. There's a nice little cafe under the bridge which I had never been to before. After that it was the South coast which I must admit I found a bit tedious because of the narrow lanes and the mumerous caravans and mobile homes blocking them. At one point I thought I was in trouble with a coalman who was refusing to move his coal lorry which was blocking the lane. I was also challenged for taking a photograph of the gates at Dartmouth College. (So that didn't make it as a landmark.) After the South coast I crossed Dartmoor and eventually finished at the Observatory outside Sidmouth. I have always preferred Devon's North coast and Hartland and Castle Rock didn't disappoint. There are some good riding roads in the North of the county. Dartmoor is always impressive.
